Our refund and returns policy lasts seven (7) days. If seven days have passed since your donation, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must send us an email or message us on any of our social media channels.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which are sent to you via email.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your preferred and supported payment channel (bank transfer, online wallet, or money transfer) within a certain amount of days.
